According to news published a group of cybercriminals hacked the website of New York-based entertainment law Grubman Shire Measelles and Sachs. It is been told that they have stolen a total of 756 GB of data from this firm, including contacts, secret contracts, phone numbers, email addresses, and personal conversations. And threatened to give them $ 42 million, which is equal to 317 crores. The hackers threatening the firm said, that if the amount demanded will not be given, then they will publicize all the details of these celebs. The hackers had asked for $ 21 million on May 12 but suddenly doubled the amount on May 14. Currently, the law firm refused to pay such a huge amount. After this dreadful thing happened. The American investigative agency FBI is involved in its investigation.

According to cybersecurity firm Mssisoft, the name of this hacking group is REvil also known as Sodinokibi. Their website has gone offline. Only its logo is visible on opening. No comment has been issued by the law firm.
