    Actress and Cancer Survivor Nafisa Ali’s niece Diya Naidu was suffering from COVID -19. However, there is news that now she has recovered and won the battle against this disease. After her recovery Diya decided to donate her plasma so that it can be used for the patients suffering from coronavirus. Her decision has made Nafisa very proud of her. Diya has also shared her photos on Instagram and told her story.

    What is Plasma Therapy and how it is useful?

    The plasma therapy aims at using antibodies from the blood of a recovered Covid-19 patient. In this, the blood that is taken out is separated into red blood cells and plasma to treat patients who critically affected by the virus. This therapy will help immunize people who are facing a high-risk factor of infection. Let us tell you that plasma looks like liquid gold and is priceless as it will save lives. Diya sharing her experience said that there is nothing to be afraid of. Also appealing to everyone she said that this is the hour of need and we should focus on helping people as much as can. Along with this Diya Naidu has also shared her pictures on social media.

    Let us tell you that apart from Diya Naidu, another COVID-19 survivor Smriti Thakkar has also donated her plasma. According to the reports now one more Covid 19 survivor that adds to the list is the famous Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor who recently recovered from Coronavirus.
