Forbes recently took out the list of the top 100 highest paid celebs in which the name of a Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is also included.
When we talk about the big names of Bollywood. The one who comes in the list is Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan, but there is another actor who is now considered as one of the finest actors of Bollywood cinema, and it is none other than Akshay Kumar who has made a place in everyone’s heart with his acting skills. He has established himself as one of the most successful actors. And has managed to maintain his top position for decades.
The reason for his success is back-to-back successful releases. As he treats fans with at least 4 films a year. And even though the year 2020 was a dull phase for the Bollywood industry due to COVID-19, Akshay has managed to add another feather in his cap. As his name appeared in the list of top 100 top paid celebs of the world released by Forbes. The rankings are released every year from the Forbes Magazine. And Akki has gained the 52nd spot in the list. His earnings are $48.5 million, which is approx Rs. 356 crores. Which is quite a big amount Isn’t it?. The Forbes report also reads “A bankable movie star, he commands up to $13 million upfront for films like the upcoming Bachchan Pandey and Bell Bottom,”
On the work front, Akshay Kumar is lined-up with big projects as his next. He is currently shooting for YRF’s Prithviraj and has recently wrapped up Bell Bottom. The other projects he is lined up with are Atrangi Re, Sooryavanshi, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan, Housefull 5, and many more. Wow, that sounds great.
