On Sunday a massive arrest was made after the police raided a rave party at Igatpuri. According to the reports, the party was held at two adjoining villas on the Mumbai-Agra highway. This was Sky Taj and Sky Lagoon. When the police raided the party, many were caught red-handed consuming drugs and smoking hookahs. Out of those who were arrested one woman was a Bigg Boss’ while the other 4 were from the South Indian film industry. contestant. After they were caught they were later sent for medical examination. Also, the accused have been booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
Those who were at the rave party were altogether 22. Out of this, 12 were women and 10 males. Giving his statement to the news agency Nashik cop in charge, Sachin Patil said: “22 people including 12 women were arrested and several types of drugs and cash were seized from their possession after the police busted an alleged rave party at a private bungalow in the Igatpuri hill station of Nashik district of Maharashtra.” Adding further he said “All have been taken into custody and further investigation is on, during the initial investigation it has been found that out of 12 women, 5 to 6 were actresses from Bollywood and South films. It is also known that one woman is a former contestant of Big Boss,”
Things that were seized
After the raid happened, things that were seized besides drugs, was a camera, a tripod, and some other material. Also, it is been told that a Nigerian national was arrested in connection with the case. As per the reports, this raid was conducted somewhere around 2 am.
