Actress Juhi Chawla has come forward to help the poor farmers by giving her land for cultivating rice. Well, we must say that the actress showed her generous side and invited landless farmers to grow rice at her Wada farmhouse in an organic way.
Coronavirus has caused havoc and economic crisis in front of the financially weaker sections of the society. In this situation, along with the government, many organizations, people and celebrities of the country have come forward to help. The biggest help came from Bollywood. They came forward to extend support in many ways. All celebs are helping people in different ways. They gave support to PM-CM funds, providing food and money to daily wage workers, providing PPE kits, creating quarantine centers, etc.
Meanwhile, actress Juhi Chawla also came in the headlines for her support. The actress has come forward to help farmers and has given her land to farmers for farming. She has opened it for landless farmers to grow rice this season. Juhi giving her opinion said “Since we’re in lockdown, I’ve decided to give our land to landless farmers to farm on. We’re letting them farm rice this season and in return take a small portion of the produce for themselves,”
Juhi has given this land to farmers because they are quite aware of everything about the cultivation of crops. She further added that she has told the farmers to pay attention towards the quality of crops and grow rice only in an organic way. This will benefit both the farmers and them.
