While ago superstar Salman khan lodged a complaint against his neighbor Ketan Kakkad an NRI. According to the actor, the plot that Ketan purchased next to his farmhouse was canceled by the Maharashtra government as “illegal”. But on the other side, Ketan also claims to have documentary proof against the actor.

According to Kakkad, Khan’s had a nice understanding with him. But suddenly his entry was barred to his own property that was next to Salman’s farm. After things went wrong between them. Kakkad got annoyed, and thereafter he claimed to have proof against the property of Salman Khan. The neighbour blamed the superstar has underworld links with the ‘D-Company’ (mafia don Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar), And all sorts of Arpita Farms. illegal/criminal activities
Ketan Kakkad also claimed that he has proof supported by “documentary evidence”. And soon after this, the court refused interim relief to Salman Khan. The court said: “The defendant (Kakkad) contended that he is a whistleblower to the illegal acts done by the (Khan) and he made imputations in the public interest by taking reasonable precautions by producing documentary material in support of the same,” “Therefore, at preliminary stage….as the plaintiff failed to explain innuendo, how it relates to him, and the defendant raised the plea of justification which is prima facie supported by documentary evidence… I am not inclined to grant an injunction to the plaintiff,”
However, on the other hand, Khan’s advocate said that Kakkad has made false allegations against Khan, along with causing harm to the family and posting defamatory allegations through videos, posts, and tweets.
