KPS Malhotra who is deputy director of NCB has confirmed that after some solid evidence surfaced against Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, They have been arrested.
As per the latest updates in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Marinda has been arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case in connection to Sushant’s death. The Deputy Director KPS Malhotra of NCB clearly stated that they have been arrested after the solid evidence against them came out. Clarifying the pieces of evidence he said that we have obtained digital proof. And therefore on that bases, the arrest has been made.
He further said that we have obtained not only digital but also technical evidence. Along with the seizures and chats that shows full involvement of drugs in their conversation. NCB said that now the most important thing is that where the drugs money is involved in this case. And giving a statement the Narcotics Control Bureau said that we don’t have to do anything with Bollywood. However, our main focus is on drugs. And who so ever including Bollywood is found having a drug connection. They will be arrested.
Let us tell you that Showik and Samuel have been arrested under sections 20B, 20A, 27 of the NDPS Act, as per NCB officials. And will also appear in front of the court on Saturday.
