    In this article, we will see the most beautiful ladies of Bygone Era who were not just beautiful but remained breathtakingly glamourous until their death. They were famous in the history for their beauty.

    #1.Joan of Arc- Joan of the arc was the most beautiful lady of France. She is one of the bravest women of earth. Joan of Arc, nicknamed “The Maid of Orléans”, is considered a heroine of France for her role during the Lancastrian phase of the Hundred Years’ War and was canonized as a Roman Catholic saint.

    #2. Aspasia- Aspasia was an influential immigrant to Classical-era Athens who was the lover and partner of the statesman Pericles. The couple had a son, Pericles the Younger, but the full details of the couple’s marital status are unknown. She was more than a physically beautiful woman.

    #3- Lucrezia Borgia-Lucrezia Borgia was the daughter of Pope Alexander VI and Vannozza dei Cattanei. Her brothers included Cesare Borgia, Giovanni Borgia, and Gioffre Borgia. She was famous in 14th and 15th century for her Long heavy hairs, Beautiful colour and eyes in Italy. she used to take a long time to make her hairstyles. She was described as beautiful and attractive lady of her time.

    #4- Salome-Salome was the daughter of Herod II and Herodias. According to the New Testament, the daughter of Herodias demanded and received the head of John the Baptist. The coins of ancient times had also the face of Salome.

    #5- Lady Godiva-Godiva, Countess of Mercia (/ɡəˈdaɪvə/; died between 1066 and 1086), in Old English Godgifu, was an English noblewoman who, according to a legend dating at least to the 13th century, rode naked – covered only in her long hair – through the streets of Coventry to gain a remission of the oppressive taxation that her husband imposed on his tenants. The name “Peeping Tom” for a voyeur originates from later versions of this legend in which a man named Thomas watched her ride and was struck blind or dead. She did this just to reduce the Tax of masses. She was known for donations and courtesy in her era.

    #6 Samyukta- Sanyukta, also known as Sanyogita, Sanjukta, or Samyukta, is a character in the medieval heroic romance Prithviraj Raso. According to the text, she was the daughter of Jaichand, the King of Kannauj, and one of three wives of Prithviraj Chauhan. The love- story of Samyukta and Prithviraj Chauhan is one of the most beautiful love stories of India. In 1962 a was film was made on er named “Rani Samyukta”.

    #7 Guinevere- Guinevere, often written as Guenevere or Gwenevere, is, in Arthurian legend, the wife of King Arthur. She was described as the most beautiful lady of Britain.

    #8 Phryne– Phryne was an ancient Greek courtesan, from the fourth century BC. She is best known for her trial for impiety, where she was defended by the orator Hypereides.

    #9 Nefertiti- Neferneferuaten Nefertiti was an Egyptian queen and the Great Royal Wife of Akhenaten, an Egyptian Pharaoh. Nefertiti and her husband were known for a religious revolution, in which they worshipped one god only, Aten, or the sun disc. She is known in Egypt for her fashion and attractive clothes.

    10 Cleopatra- Cleopatra VII Philopator was the last active ruler of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt, nominally survived as pharaoh by her son Caesarion. She was also a diplomat, naval commander, linguist, and medical author. Films are made on Cleopatra in 1934 and 1963. Cleopatra was one of the most beautiful ladies of Egypt. She was clever too.
