A 40 years old cancer patient who belongs to Jaipur requests Ajay Devgn to stop endorsing tobacco products. Cancer-stricken Nanakram’s relatives say that he is a big fan of Ajay Devgn and used to chew the same tobacco product that superstar Ajay Devgn endorses.
But now he realized that tobacco has destroyed his life. Around 1000 pamphlets have been circulated and plastered on the walls in parts of Jaipur, including Sanganer, Jagatpura and nearby areas by Nanakram. In the pamphlets, Nanakram asks Ajay how much tobacco is chewed by him or his family?
Dinesh Meena, Nanakram’s son while talking to a news agency said, “My father had started chewing the same brand’s tobacco product endorsed by Ajay Devgn, a few years ago. He was so much influenced by Ajay. But now when he came to know that he is diagnosed with cancer he realized that a big star like Ajay Devgn shouldn’t endorse these deadly products.”
Nanakram further added in pamphlets that alcohol, cigarette and tobacco are injurious to health and Bollywood stars should not promote such products.
Father of two children, Nanakram used to run a teal stall earlier but now he’s unable to speak due to cancer and provides earnings for his family by selling milk at home.
