Actor Vijay Deverakonda appeared at Suriya’s Retro film pre-release function which took place in Hyderabad. He expressed his feelings deeply when discussing the devastating terror assault which occurred in Pahalgam Kashmir.
The incident occurred on April 22 when terrorists launched an attack against unresisting visitors in Pahalgam which resulted in 26 fatalities and many wounded survivors. All of India reacted with horror to this news.
Vijay expressed his emotions without restraint during the occasion. As a reaction to the attack he declared Kashmir to be an integral part of India with no future change. The violent support provided by Pakistan received his strong condemnation. According to the actor they lack the sense and ability to understand anything . They should be educated. He said inside Pakistan numerous domestic issues exist while officials choose to launch attacks against India regarding Kashmir. Kashmir belongs to India. Kashmiris are our people.”
The heartbreaking attack generated sadness but Vijay advised everyone to avoid falling into hatred or war as a response. “You should remain human in your essence since you are an Indian. He emphasized. People should dedicate their efforts toward creating friendships instead of being involved in conflicts. The truth is that India should never consider starting a war with Pakistan. The Pakistani people themselves will someday overthrow their present ruling government.
On the next day Vijay posted his feelings of suffering through social media platforms. The attack did not deter him from visiting X (then Twitter) to share his fond memories of Kashmir. Two years prior he spent his birthday in Pahalgam among the love and laughter and friendship of Kashmiris living nearby. But the sight of peaceful Kashmir transformed into a place of violence caused him deep sadness and uncontrolled anger.
Vijay wrote, “Shooting tourists and calling it bravery is shameful, cowardly, and disgusting. True strength doesn’t hide behind guns. We stand with Kashmir and the victims’ families. And we hope that these cowards are wiped out quickly. He ended his message with powerful words: “India will never bow to terror.”
His words moved the hearts of numerous people. The fan base joined his side as they shared his anger and sorrow while calling for justice to be served on all the innocent victims.
