Weeks after overtaking Kylie Jenner, she became the first woman to ever have such a large follower base on a social media platform. She posted on Instagram to convey her sincere gratitude to her fans for their unwavering love and support. In addition to sharing a carousel of images from her event, she expressed one wish.
She gave friendly hugs to her young admirers in one of the photos posted by her on Instagram. In another, she posed while on stage among the many people who had flocked to see her perform. She posed with a group of female fans in another photo. A female held a banner which said, “Can’t keep our excitement to ourselves!” A group there held a poster which read, “We love Selena”.
