Actor Akshay Kumar, who was most recently seen in ‘Samrat Prithviraj’, is reportedly preparing for the shoot of his next. He will be seen doing a biopic on chief mining engineer Jaswant Gill. The movie is titled ‘Capsule Gill’.
The most recent report suggests that Akshay will go to the UK to shoot for the movie. It is being said that the movie will be helmed by ‘Rustom’ director Tinu Suresh Desai.
As per Mid-Day, Akshay will go for the shoot till the end of July after which he will get back to India for the promotions of ‘Raksha Bandhan’. The story is based on Gill’s life who drove the rescue operation to save more than 60 lives when a Raniganj coal mine got flooded in 1989. The movie will feature Parineeti Chopra, who will be seen portraying Akshay’s significant other’s role. The report likewise suggests that the actor will go for the second schedule in September in Raigarh and West Bengal’s Raniganj.
In the mean time, Akshay as of late launched the trailer of ‘Raksha Bandhan’. Helmed by Aanand L Rai, the trailer received a positive response. Even actors from the South industry have lauded the trailer. It likewise features Bhumi Pednekar. It will be clashing with Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’.
