Ali Zafar the famous Pakistani actor-singer is making headlines. He is in news for supporting his country’s Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent speech that he gave in concern of Pulwama terror attack in India. Pulwama terror attack took place on February 14, 2019 when a suicide bomber, Aadil Ahmad Dar rammed his SUV packed up with ton of explosive into the CRPF convoy. More than 45 CRPF Jawans lost their lives in the attack.
After the attack, the terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammad took responsibility. It is a Pakistani based terrorist organization. Indian government slammed Pakistan for the heinous terror attack. To which Imran Khan claimed that Pakistan was being accused by India even though “there is no evidence.” He also denied Pakistan’s hand in the worst ever attack. Ali Zafar took to Twitter and wrote “What a speech! @ImranKhanPTI”.
Zafar also asked his followers to listen to Imran Khan’s speech with an open heart and mind devoid of ego, bias or hatred. Soon after his post, he started getting trolled. Here are some of the reactions:
