In Seoul, South Korea, on Tuesday, Alia Bhatt enjoyed her first Gucci event as a brand ambassador. The international fashion brand appointed the actor as an ambassador last week. She was carrying a transparent Gucci Jackie 1961 bag and wearing a black dress with cutout details when the internet went crazy. Alia addressed the suitcase in the room when posting images from the occasion to her Instagram. After the occasion, she even shared a photo of herself eating pizza on social media.
Alia posted pictures amidst the Gyeongbokgung Palace and captioned it, “yes the bag was empty (nerd face emoji) @gucci #guccicruise24.” Additionally, the star posted close-ups of her clothing and the notorious bag. She also uploaded photos of herself alongside Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri and the actor in the first row of the fashion appearance with celebrities including IU, Blake Lee, and Dakota Johnson. In the final image, Alia is seen blissfully eating a pizza while driving.
Thai actor Davika Hoorne, who came across her in Seoul, landed a red heart emoji on the post. Alia’s mother Soni Razdan wrote, “Smashinggg” and included fire and heart emojis. While fans excitedly reacted to Alia posing for pictures with IU. Someone asked her in the comment section, “Broooo U met IU???” Another added, “Omggg IU & ALIA! She’s in Korea! this is so awesome.”
This August, Alia will make her Hollywood debut with the Netflix movie Heart of Stone. Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, and Sophie Okonedo all appear in the spy thriller, which was directed by Tom Harper. Prior to that, she will co-star with Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. The love musical, which also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan, to hit the theaters on July 28, 2023.
