Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt not just enjoys a loyal fan base in India but fairly holds a special space amongst people residing overseas. Her super hit film Gangubai Kathiawadi inspired the models of a fashion show in Malaysia where the latter used Alia’s iconic lines depicted in the same attire. The pictures made fans go in awe of the grace and beauty.
Miss Star Malaysia 2023 shared glimpses of Alia’s iconic dialogue in Hindi, “Izzat se jeena ka, kisi se darne ka nahi.” A fan reacted and wrote, “Gangubai vibes!!” “OMG spot on,” added another fan. Someone added, “Just like beautiful fierce Gangubai.”
Gangubai Kathiawadi is helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Released in February 2022, this movie has been adopted from Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai. It also stars Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz and Seema Pahwa in pivotal roles.
