The plot
The film begins with Diljit Dosanjh who is playing Chamkila and his wife, Amarjot played by Parineeti Chopra. We can see them getting killed in Mehsampur while they are getting ready for a show. Their bodies are then dumped at the Phillaur station. With a bunch of flashbacks, the film shows us how Chamkila rose to fame as one of the biggest singers in Punjab and his tragic end.
