Amazon Prime drama Hanna quickly gained a large fan base. After just two weeks, Amazon announced that Hanna would soon be receiving a third season. It’s been over a year since the first season was released, but the third season is expected to be in production soon. David Farr is the creator of the series. He is also Associate Director of Royal Shakespeare and Theater Director. He is also the creator of shows such as Troy, Paani and The Man Of Iron Heart.
Rumors abound that the cast from the previous season will be back on the show. Mireille Enos will return as Marissa Wiegler and Esme Creed Miles as Hanna. John Carmichael will also see a return to life for Dermot Mulroney. Sandy Phillips will be played by Aine Rose Daly. Joel Kinnaman will reprise his role as Erik Heller. Cherrelle Skeete will return as Terri Miller. Rumors of a new casting have not been confirmed.
Cast of Hanna Season 3
Hanna Season 2 saw very few versatile characters from Season 1. Esme Creed-Miles and Mireille Enos are likely to feature in some of these works of art.
Other than that, Season 1 brought us Yasmin Monet as Clara and Aine rose Daly as Intern 242, while Year 2 brought us notable confirmation from Sandy Phillips.
These characters are Utrax individuals. Since season two is recommended, we’d love to see everyone from Utrax again.
Plot
Season 2 ends with surprising alliances and departures. Sandy isn’t the same Sandy she was before she became a murderer. Hanna saves Clara and another hostage whose father was murdered by Sandy. Marissa bribes Carmichael to help her and Hanna infiltrate UTRAX to reach key leaders and bring them to justice. Clara is finally reunited with her birth mother and they start a new life together.
Farr has stated that the inner workings of UTRAX will be revealed in Season 3. Carmichael may be coerced into helping either Hanna or Marissa, but he doesn’t seem ready to fully cooperate with them. In the next season, Sandy, the young assassin, could prove to be a problem. Creed-Miles said in an interview that she wanted Hanna to “go back to nature”. Whether that will happen in Season 3 remains to be seen.
