Creativity not only makes life easier but also helps in saving bucks! Recently business tycoon Anand Mahindra who promised to ‘banish’ plastic bottles from the corporate boardrooms, shared a picture of a water tank that had been converted into parking space for two scooters.
In this water tank made up of plastic, two scooters can be seen parked. One side of the tank has been cut off to facilitate entry and exit of vehicles. This creativity stunned Anand Mahindra and he couldn’t resist himself to post a photo of it on social media. Here’s his post:
Ever since he shared the post, it got viral. It got 1,419 retweets and 14,600 likes. It also inspired people to share their own ways of reusing and recycling plastic products. Very active on social media, this is not the first time, Mahindra has shared such creative innovation. Earlier, he shared a video of a creative ‘hydraulic door’ which also went viral. He even praised the creativity of the mastermind who came up with the simple yet genius idea.
The video showed how a simple bottle filled with water could be used to create a hydraulic door. They tied the water bottle with a string at the top of the door and every time someone opened it, it automatically shut because of the weight of the bottle. The video left everyone impressed on the Internet. It shows how just with the use of simple things we can make life easier. Also, they are eco-friendly and cost-effective.
