Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is a a nation wide popular talent hunt reality show produced by Zee Tv that had showers us with 33 seasons starting from the year 1995, enriching the Indian Music Industry with enormous talented singers hunting from the nook and corner of India. Lil champs is a show under the production of Saregamapa that provides a platform to the young stars of a limited age group and after 8 successful seasons Zee tv is reportedly gearing up to launch the season 9.
Priorly, the famous maestro Shankar Mahadevan had been the judge of the show and for this season the responsibility is being given to the Anu Malik. This several award winning music composer is seen in multiple renowned singing reality shows like Indian idol but he’ll be seen in saregamapa Lil champ for the first time.
On being selected as the judge of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs, Anu Malik replies, “I am very excited about judging Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs. In fact, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is a prestigious show for singers as well as music enthusiasts and while I have been following the show, this is the first time I will be a part of it and I am really kicked. It is a new challenge, and I am really happy that the channel has decided to have the tremendously talented Shankar Mahadevan as one of my co-judges on the panel. We will surely help nurture these young kids together. I absolutely feel it’s necessary to groom them at the right time so that they achieve their dreams of becoming a singer with the right guidance.
