Indian cricket fans were anticipating and awaiting victory at the World Test Championship match against the Australian team on Sunday, yet the hopes were shattered when India was defeated by 209 runs.
Unfortunately, neither of the best player’s performance could save the day for India. Rohit Sharma’s excellent 43 runs from 60 deliveries and Virat Kohli’s 49 runs from 78 balls couldn’t serve well enough.
On the hindsight, Anushka Sharma who was present at the Oval was equally disappointed, her reaction was something relatable to every fan and had now viral.
Distressed Anushka leaned forward, her prayed with folded hands, rooting for the team.
