Ever since the name of Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan surfaced in the drugs case , he was in constant limelight. After getting bail, Aryan had to attend the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office every week, as per the directions of the court .Now Aryan has got relief from the court in this case. Aryan’s lawyer had demanded relief from appearance
A petition was filed in the Bombay High Court on behalf of Aryan’s lawyer seeking relief from this appearance, on which hearing today, the High Court has removed this condition of bail.The court said that Aryan is no longer required to attend the Mumbai NCB office every week. However, whenever Aryan is summoned by the NCB in Delhi, he will have to appear for questioning within 72 hours.
Aryan had said this in his petition
Aryan had said in his petition that every Friday when he goes to the NCB office in Mumbai, the police officers have to stay with him because of the crowd of media photographers outside the office. According to the petition, Aryan has to face questions from the media. Their pictures are taken, which is not correct.Aryan had appeared at NCB’s Mumbai office on November 5, 12, 19 and 26 and on December 3 and 10.
Aryan was released from jail on certain conditions
Arthur Road by Aryan Bombay High Court on October 28 after spending about 26 days in jail, bail granted to him on October 30 release occurred.While granting bail to Aryan, the court imposed 14 conditions, one of which was that he would have to mark his presence in the NCB office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.However, after hearing Aryan’s petition, the decision has now come in his favor.
Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB on 3 October
NCB had detained Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ishmeet Singh, Mohak Jaiswal, Vikrant Chonkar and Gomit Chopra from the rave party going on cruise in Mumbai.On 3 October, two of his friends, including Aryan, were arrested .The NCB officials could not prove in the court that Aryan was somehow involved in the drugs case. After all the arguments, Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail by the court.
