On Tuesday, Ayushmann Khurrana posted a video on his Instagram profile with Tiger Shroff. The actors went into loggerhead over who is a better action hero. At the end, Tiger made a special mention to the former’s film An Action Hero. Reacting to it fans poste din their comment.
In the starting of the clip, Tiger Shroff was seen humming the song Jehda Nasha song from Ayushmann’s An Action Hero during a workout session. Ayushmann said, “Acting ke saath, gaana gaake tu mere pet mai kyu laat maar raha hai bhai (Along with acting, why are you trying your hands on singing, trying to ruin my career).” Then, Tiger briskly said, “Bhai tu bhi toh action hero kar raha hai (You are also doing an action hero film).” Ayushmann replied, “I am trying.” Tiger said, “chal dekhte teri koshish (Let’s see your efforts).” Ayushmann accepted the challenge metted to him by Tiger however to everyone’s surprise the duo ended up in a thumb wrestling. Later Tiger accepted his defeat and announced Ayushmann as the new action hero and said, “Look’s like there is a new action hero in the town, man!” He promoted Ayushmann’s film An Action Hero.
Posting the clip on Instagram, Ayushmann wrote, “Two action heroes apni heropanti dikhate hue (Two action heroes showing their heroism). Catch #AnActionHero in cinemas this Friday.” His actor-brother Aparskakti Khurrana posted fire emoji on the clip. Choreographer Shakti Mohan commented, “Hope no one got injured in this fight (thumbs up and laughing emojis) @ayushmannk @tigerjackieshroff.” Sharib Hashmi commented, “(Face with stuck out tongue emojis) MASSSSST (three red heart emojis)” and Aahana S Kumra posted laughing emojis. Comedian Sapan Verma also posted laughing emojis.
Reacting to the clip, a fan commented, “Tiger has a beautiful voice.” Another wrote, “Both are my favourite hero.” Someone commented, “I was expecting dance at the end.”
An Action Hero is helmed by Anirudh Iyer. The screenplay has been crafted by Neeraj Yadav while the movie is set to hit the theaters on December 2, 2022. It co-stars Jaideep Ahlawat.
