One of the most popular faces of the industry Ayushmann Khurrana made it to headlines after he came in the list of Time’s 100 most influential people.
Ever since Ayushmann made his debut in the year 2012, the actor impressed everyone by giving back to back hits with his acting skills. And yet again he managed to wow his fans. After he came in the list of Time’s 100 most influential people. Through his films has been hailed by the most reputed global publication – the TIME Magazine.
Ayushman expressing his feelings said in the interview “I’m truly humbled with the recognition that TIME has bestowed on me. As an artist, I have only looked to contribute towards bringing a positive change in society through cinema and this moment is a huge validation of my belief system and my journey. I have always believed that cinema has the power to bring about change by triggering the right conversations among people and society. Hopefully, through my content choices, I have been able to contribute to my country and countrymen.” Taking to his Instagram handle he wrote “TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential People in the world is out, I’m honored to be a part of this group: time.com/time100 @TIME #TIME100.”
After the news surfaced his all co-actors and friends commented positively for his achievements. The ones who congratulated him included his Badhaai Ho co-star Neena Gupta. She wrote, “Oh amazing!” Rapper Badshah wrote, “More power.” Mrunal Thakur commented, “Wow, There you go.”
Let us tell you that in the TIME list of influential people Ayushmann is among the only three global actors out of five that were featured in the list that also included Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CEO of Google Sundar Pichai, London based Indian origin doctor Ravindra Gupta. Well, we must say that the actor has surely nailed it. The young actor who at first struggled in theatre and television later made his Bollywood debut with the Shoojit Sircar directorial Vicky Donor. Although the film was critised a lot but he as an actor he won the hearts of the audience after appearing onscreen. And later kept on climbing the stairs a success.
