The much-awaited film Saaho is all set to release on Independence Day August 15, 2019. Baahubali star Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor are starring in the film. The film is made on a budget of ₹300 crore, which includes the use of VFX. The filmmakers recently released its teaser and it can give you thrills. Watch the trailer below:
Saaho will be a high-action thriller. The teaser begins with introducing Shraddha Kapoor who finds a soulmate in Prabhas. Soon this turns into an action mode, intermittently revealing the other characters played by Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Mahesh Manjrekar and Vennela Kishore, among others. The most tongue-in-cheek jibe moment in the teaser is where Prabhas quips “die-hard fans” when Shraddha raises a question on the violent people gunning for them.
The film was shot in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Romania and other parts of Europe. Prabhas’ character is a grey-shaded fictitious role. He plays the character of a cop which will keep the audience guessing until the end.
Saaho is Prabhas’ first Hindi film and it is Shraddha Kapoor’s first Telugu film. The film is directed by Sujeeth and is produced by V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati and Bhushan Kumar.
