Television star Nia Sharma is all set to join Bigg Boss 18 after years of turning down the offer.
After rejecting Bigg Boss’ offer for many previous seasons, television actress Nia Sharma is finally coming on board for Bigg Boss 18. The show has been expecting her and fans have long anticipated her participation in the event this time but this time it’s official. Nia, who has recently doing the Colors TV famous comedy show Laughter Chef, has previously been rumored to be a part of the Bigg Boss show but it is finally announced that she is now officially a part of the Bigg Boss show.
The big announcement came during the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 show’s final episode. Nia was on the show along with comedians Bharti Singh and Kashmera Shah. Rohit Shetty playing with the audience said that one of the persons coming on the show will join the Bigg Boss house. Shortly after that, he revealed that Nia would be the first sure-shot contestant in the next season. While everyone clapped and blessed her, Nia looked quite nervous to enter the Bigg Boss house for the show. She even asked fellow contestant Abhishek Kumar to wish her luck, to which he kindly responded, offering his support for her journey ahead.

Apart from Laughter Chef, Nia won the limelight for her performance in the fantasy fiction series Suhaagan Chudail which was telecasted on Colors TV. As for the regular contestants, the show’s first official contestant is Nia Sharma, though rumors are circulating that Padmini Kolhapure, Sameera Reddy, Shoaib Ibrahim, Meera Deosthale, Nyrra Banerjee, and Muskaan Bamne may also appear on Bigg Boss 18. But will still have to wait to see who enters the house. This season is set to be released on October 6th, and will also see Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s return as the host.
