Let us tell you that the Bihar government had recommended to hand over the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case to CBI. It was also accepted by the Union Ministry of Personnel. Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty herself demanded a CBI inquiry into the case.

Rhea Chakraborty has also been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate. Rhea will have to appear before the ED in Mumbai on 7 August. The ED had registered a case against Rhea and her associates last week under the Money Laundering Act on the basis of the FIR of the Bihar Police.

Rhea had petitioned the Supreme Court against her to transfer the FIR lodged in Bihar to Mumbai. The court has denied interim relief to Rhea Chakraborty in the hearing on August 5.
