Chandramukhi 2’s captivating trailer has finally been released by the film’s producers after a protracted wait from the audience. On Sunday, 3rd September, Chennai hosted the much-anticipated trailer premiere event.
The 2: 48 minute-long teaser for the Kangana starring tells the tale of a huge family moving into a mystery home in search of a solution to their issues. The family is forewarned against visiting the southern block of the mention since it is haunted by the furious Chandramukhi, but they quickly understand that the mention is considerably more troublesome than any of their concerns.
When Chandramukhi’s 200-year-old mythology and its link to the mention are eventually disclosed after 17 years, the story then continues to twist and take an unexpected turn. The family has to learn why the long-forgotten legend of the Vettiyan King and Chandramukhi, a stunning court dancer, is still alive in the cursed mention’s southern block.
The much anticipated sequel to the hugely successful horror comedy starring Rajnikanth and Joythika that hit cinemas back in April 2005 is called Chandramukhi 2 and is directed by the great P Vasu.
Kangana Ranaut (Chandramukhi), Raghava Lawrence (Vettaiyan and Raja), and Vadivelu (Murugesan) are the movie’s prominent performers among its impressive ensemble cast. Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Srushti Dange, Mithun Shyam, Mahima Nambiar, Rao Ramesh, Vignesh, Ravi Mariya, Suresh Menon, T. M. Karthik, Subiksha Krishnan, R. S. Shivaji, and Y. G. Mahendran all appear in the film in supporting parts.
The much anticipated film will have its grand premiere on September 15 in five major languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, and Kannada. Lyca Production and Subaskaran co-produced it.
