Singer Dancer Sapna Choudhary has landed into troubled water after a cheating case was booked against her. So let’s know what’s the matter.
Recently a piece of news has surfaced that singer-dancer Sapna Chaudhary got into trouble after a case was registered against her. Actually, the matter is that Sapna signed an agreement for stage show Dance with a PR company and other companies of Pakanj Chawla and took the money in advance for that. However, she was not able to perform the stage show. That is the reason why the FIR (First Information Report)has been filed by Pawan Chawla, director of P&M movies Pvt ltd. who is the part of the celebrity management company that was managing Sapna.
The FIR claims that the Haryanvi dancer and singer Sapna Chaudhary broke the agreement. Wherein it was clarified that neither she will sign with any company nor she will work. But the dancer breached the agreement. So now the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police has registered a case against her. The sections that have been imposed on her are section 420 (cheating), 120 B (Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an offense punishable as aforesaid shall be punished with imprisonment) and 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code.
