The reports about a deadly virus named Corona Virus is making headlines these days. This issue has sparked worldwide concerns with 80 deaths and nearly 2,000 confirmed cases of the people affected by this dreadful disease.
A suspected case of Coronavirus is becoming the topic of concern worldwide. So far loads of cases have come up from all over the world including India.Recently a case in Rajasthan has come up following which the patient has been kept in isolation. Meanwhile, China has also extended its biggest national holiday to fight against the viral epidemic. Apart from China, cases have been reported as far as France, the United States, and Canada, including various countries in Asia. Thousands of patients with flu-like symptoms were suspected of suffering from the virus.
From Where Did this deadly Coronavirus came up
The virus is suspected of having come from animals in a market. These animals are sold as a wide range of exotic wild game. Earlier this virus outbreak outside of the Arabian Peninsula, but in early January 2020, the World Health Organization identified a new type: 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in China suspecting 300 confirmed cases. In the United States, despite airport screenings, a traveler had brought the first case to the U.S.
Now the screening of Coronavirus started in India at Biju Patnayak International Airport in the capital Bhubaneswar which includes doctors and employees of the Capital Hospital. Along with this, the State Health Department is also discussing with the Central Health Secretary through video conferencing to deal with Coronavirus infection. Till now 2744 people are reported to be affected by the death of 80 people. China due to the dreaded virus, however, arrangements are been made to check the passengers arriving in the aircraft returning from China at the airport
The first case of the disease was found in Hubei’s capital Wuhan. About 11 million people live here and many cities here have been banned due to this disease. Virus screening is being done at 55 railway stations connecting the railway station and Beijing International Airport. 600 people, including health professionals, have been deployed in Wuhan to prevent the disease. But in spite of all the measures, China has taken a ban on flights.
