Naga Chaitanya will be featured in a fresh avatar with his next film, Custody, in which he will be introduced as an action hero. Helmed by Venkat Prabhu, known for Mankatha and Goa, the film will be released on May 12, 2023. Bankrolled under the banner Srinivasaa Silver Screen, the release date has been out on Twitter.
In the picture, Naga Chaitanya is seen bruised up in a fight sequence. The poster shows a tagline, ‘A Venkat Prabhu hunt’.
The music has been composed by the legend Ilaiyaraaja and his son Yuvan Shankar Raja, as a collaboration for the film. Alongside Naga Chaitanya, Keerthy Shetty will be the lead actress. Priyamani, Sarathkumar, Sampath Raj, and Vennela Kishore are also a part of the film.
Custody will also be out in Tamil, making it the first ever launch in Tamil-Telugu of Naga Chaitanya’s career.
