In the midst of all the controversy in Punjab and Kangana Ranaut’s jabs at him, Diljit Dosanjh made a message on his native state. He posted a comment on Instagram after Kangana made a suggestion that he will soon be detained for “supporting” Khalistanis.
In his Instagram Story, Diljit posted a note which translates to ‘may my Punjab keep thriving’. He also included some folded hands.
This arrives after Kangana’s post which served as an indirect warning for Diljit. “All those who supported Khalistanis remember next number tumhara hai, pols aa chuki hai, yeh woh waqt nahi hai jab koi bhi kuch bhi karta tha, desh ke saath gaddari ya tukde karne ki koshish ab mehengi padegi (Remember next up in you. The police is here. One cannot do whatever they wish to anymore. Betraying the country or wanting to destroy it will cost you big time),” she penned down.
Amritpal Singh is still eluding police for a fifth day. The Punjab Police reported on Tuesday that they had detained 154 persons for upsetting the “peace and harmony” of the state. The suspension of mobile internet and SMS services in Tarn Taran, Ferozepur, Moga, Sangrur, Ajnala subdivision in Amritsar, and a few locations in Mohali was prolonged by the Punjab government on Tuesday till Thursday noon, even though restrictions had been eased in the rest of the state as of Tuesday noon.
