The first picture of Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar’s newborn boy Ruhaan was posted on Instagram. Last month, the couple gave birth to a boy. After spending days in the NICU because Ruhaan was a preterm baby, they recently arrived home with him.
As she kissed her infant son, Dipika appeared to be in tears. The picture showed only Ruhaan’s small feet; his face was hidden.
Dipika and Shoaib penned down in a joint note, “RUHAAN Thank you for keeping him in your prayers #amonthalready #blessed #alhumdullilah.” Actor Gauahar Khan congratulated and wrote, “Blessings.”
Earlier, Shoaib posted on his Instagram Stories, “Alhamdulillah today 21st June 2023 early morning we are blessed with a baby boy. It’s a premature delivery nothing much to worry. Keep us in your prayers.”
In Mumbai, Dipika and Shoaib first appeared in public with their newborn child after being released from the hospital. Shoaib held the infant in his arms as they took pictures in front of the hospital. Later, Shoaib revealed that he and Dipika had given their son the name Ruhaan Shoaib Ibrahim in their YouTube vlog. Ruhaan is a kind-hearted and spiritual name. Shoaib claimed that they had chosen the name only a few months after Dipika’s conception. He continued by saying that they had even considered a name for a daughter.
While revealing the name of the baby, Shoaib said, “Madam (Dipika) liked this name Ruhaan. His name was chosen by Dipika. We really liked the name a lot and were sure about it.”
Dipika married her Sasural Simar Ka co-star Shoaib in 2018. They dated for a few years before the marriage. Both of them also appeared in Nach Baliye 8.
