In a new interview, actress Elizabeth Olsen came up with a new tease for what fans can expect from Marvel movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness . It will be a somewhat different film than you are probably used to from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The actress has played the role of Wanda Maximoff in the franchise for years. That character transformed with the television series WandaVision into the Scarlet Witch, an immensely powerful creature.

In the MCU, Wanda Maximoff is now stronger than the Sorcerer Supreme, and may want to bring her children back. That could have major consequences for the Marvel universe. Considering that Wanda reads the Darkhold at the end of the television series, we actually expect something very dark from her.
Glamor spoke to the actress and briefly asked her about the Doctor Strange sequel. “It’s going to be a crazy movie,” the actress teased. “They really go all out for the horror feeling.”
There is a lot of speculation about the film, including Scott Derrickson who would have left the project because Marvel Studios would not embrace his vision for the first horror film in the franchise. But with Sam Raimi at the helm, it may be clear that the film is entering that genre.
