We are talking about Multinational companies like Microsoft and Meta that are famous for their fancy offices and perks for employees. Recently some Microsoft workers in Hyderabad showed off their cool workspace in a popular video. The video went viral and revealed lots of great stuff like free vending machines, nap rooms, shuttle services, lots of company swag, and a cafeteria with all kinds of food.
The employees in the video emphasized how they can work from anywhere and still have a good balance between work and life. The video garned over one lakh likes, and it was filmed at the big Microsoft India Development Center, which covers 54 acres. Responding to the video, the Microsoft India Development Center’s Instagram account quipped, “It’s a post by our Microsoft employees, of course it’s gonna be wholesome!” Some people were jealous after watching the video, while others thought it could motivate college students. But among the praise, some folks criticized Microsoft for recent wave of layoffs. Some sarcastically mentioned the uncertain job security despite the lavish perks.

The campus has cool stuff like a 24/7 medical center, an outdoor theater, buses with air conditioning and WiFi, banking services, and a gym with everything you need for workouts and fitness classes.
This concept overall looks cool and emphasize on the requirements and importance of employees. Back in 2022, Japanese companies Itoki Corp and Koyoju Gohan made headlines with their cool idea called the ‘nap box.’ It’s basically a cozy little space where you can take naps in the office instead of dozing off in the bathroom.
