The fugitive Indian businessman who is wanted by the Interpol for criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, cheating and dishonesty including delivery of property, corruption, money laundering, fraud, embezzlement and breach of contract since August 2018 is recently spotted in London.
In a whole new transformation that he is tracked down in a luxury flat near Oxford Street and has reportedly started a new diamond business in Soho. He is the prime accused in the multi-crore PNB fraud. A video has been leaked online showing Nirav Modi living freely in London. Watch it below:
After seeing the video, the ministry of external affairs spokesperson, Raveesh Kumar, said, “All necessary steps are being taken for the extradition of Nirav Modi. We have been aware of his presence in UK. It(extradition request) is under their(UK Govt) consideration.”
In the video, healthy Modi is looking totally different. He has grown a handlebar moustache. The intelligence sources have told TOI that Modi is believed to have undergone plastic surgery in London in a bid to escape extradition.
