    Government Issues New Travel Guidelines Regarding The New Variant Omicron

    The new variant of coronavirus, Omicron, has stirred the whole world. Seeing this, fast meetings are being held in India too. At the same time, the Central Government has issued a new guideline for the travelers coming from abroad on Sunday. The new rules will come into effect from December 1.

    Union Health Ministry’s guidelines for Omicron

    According to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, in countries where there is a high risk of new variants of the new corona, passengers coming from those countries will be tested for Covid-19 at the airport itself. Will have to wait there till the investigation report comes. Even if the report comes negative, the passengers will have to remain in home quarantine for seven days. Corona will have to be tested again on the eighth day.

    The list of 12 countries 

    Let us inform that the Central Government has prepared a list of 12 countries, where the risk of new variants is high. These include all countries of Europe including the UK, South Africa, Brazil, Bangladesh, Botswana, China, Mauritius, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Israel and Hong Kong. Apart from these countries, passengers coming from other countries will be allowed to come out of the airport. Therefore, he will have to remain under observation himself for 14 days.
