A few years ago, Govinda became the talk of the town when he remarried his wife Sunita. In the show, Govinda revealed the reason why he did so. He said that his mother asked him to get married to Sunita for the second time. In 2015, at the age of 52, he tied the knot with wife Sunita again following all the traditions and rituals.
According to the reports, it was Govinda’s uncle Anand Singh who launched him in Bollywood. Meanwhile, Anand Singh’s sister-in-law Sunita Munjal fell in love with Govinda. On May 11, 1987, both of them tied the knot. However, because of Govinda’s career, they kept their marriage under wraps for four years. Remembering his first meet with wife Sunita, Govinda told that during a party, accidentally their hands got touched with each other and voila! Both of them didn’t take off their hands and fell in love.
Govinda recently made many shocking claims in the interview after which he hit the headlines. Bollywood entertainer Govinda said that he was offered a role in James Cameron’s Avatar, yet he needed to turn it down. He even claimed the title of the film was suggested by him.
