Actor Govinda’s nephew named Janmendra Ahuja aka Dumpy was found dead on January 24, 2019. His dead body was found in his residential flat in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai. He was 34 years old and according to the reports, he died of cardiac arrest.
The police found out his body lying dead at his residence at 6:30 am. Now his body has sent for the post mortem in Versova. To let you know, Janmendra Ahuja was not Govinda’s brother’s real son. His brother actor-director brother Kirtikumar has adopted Janmendra.
Janmendra was an aspiring filmmaker and had directed the 2007 Bollywood film ‘Jahaan Jayega Humein Payega’. In this film, Govinda was in the lead role. He had also worked as assistant director for the film ‘Pyaar Deewana Hota Hai’.
The final rites of Janmendra will be held at Pawan Hans Crematorium in Vile Parle.oOne surprising truth about him is, he along with his four friends was arrested by the Mumbai police back in 2006 on the charges of assaulting a woman and beating up her husband.
