After Priyanka got a nod for her film the white tiger at the Oscar nominations. Here’s what the actress posted on her social media account.
This year global icon Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas announced the Oscar nominations on Monday. And amid this, the excitement was seen on her face as her Netflix film The White Tiger got a nod. All dressed in a blue ruffled midi. She looked quite elegant. While Nick was seen in the gold satin suit and white shoes. It was a treat for the fans to see this lovely couple brightly co-ordinated.
The white tiger actress sharing her excitement, late Monday, tweeted “My very own Oscar! It was so lovely to share this moment with you @nickjonas I love you. Catch the Oscars on April 25th! #OscarNoms.” The photos that made rounds showed both Nick and Priyanka posing with a large installation of the Oscar trophy, and also pretended as they were stealing it. The response from Priyanka came after Nick’s post that was captioned as, “So I got to announce the #OscarsNoms this morning with this beautiful woman, who also happens to now have produced and starred in an Oscar-nominated film (The White Tiger). Congrats to all the nominees. I’ll be watching on April 25th. @priyankachopra.”

So let us tell you that the Netflix film The White Tiger Directed by Ramin Bahrani has been in the nominations for the best-adapted screenplay category. And to this, the actress also made a tweet that reads “We just got nominated for an Oscar! Congratulations Ramin and team #TheWhiteTiger. The film White Tiger has a storyline based on Aravind Adiga’s Prize-winning novel with the same title. And the roles are been played by the actors Priyanka Chopra(supporting role) and Adarsh Gourav as the lead. It is all about the journey of a man a driver to a successful entrepreneur.
