Actress Pooja Hegde has given financial aid of Rs 2.5 lakh to two children suffering from cancer. Pooja recently attended a program of Cure Foundation. They organized the event to announce the sixth biennial ‘Cancer Crusaders Invitation Cup‘. It is a world-class golf tournament, which is organized as an initiative to raise money and raise awareness to help children affected by cancer.
Pooja said about this, “I wanted to do my work. Treatment of most children with cancer is possible and lack of money should not be an obstacle in this work. I hope to do more in this area soon. I have always believed in doing my work and returning to society as much as possible“.
