We will have to wait a little longer for the new Batman movie from Matt Reeves . In this Robert Pattinson takes over from Ben Affleck as ‘The Caped Crusader’. Now there is also good news for fans of the superhero, as brothers Aaron and Sean Schoenke have put a very impressive, almost 30 minutes long film, called Batman: Dying is Easy, on YouTube.
The short film has been very well received. This one went viral and has now been viewed almost 2.5 million times. Most of the reactions are therefore very positive and people even hope that the Schoenke brothers will work for Warner Bros. and / or HBO Max are allowed to work.

Batman: Dying is Easy story also has an impressive cast. The story mainly revolves around the relationship between Batman (Kevin Porter) and the Joker (Aaron Schoenke himself) and is largely set in Arkham Asylum.
But the rest of the cast can also be there. We see a lot of well-known bad guys passing by, but also big names such as Doug Jones ( The Shape of Water ) as The Riddler, Michael Madsen ( Reservoir Dogs ) as police inspector Harvey Bullock and Casper van Dien ( Starship Troopers ) as Commisioner Gordon.

Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign, they were able to realize their dream: ” We always wanted to make a Batman movie that the fans have longed for: a dark detective story with a horror-like tone “.
