After several female actresses, the Indian Model Paula also accused Sajid Khan of Sexual Harassment.
Indian filmmaker Sajid Khan who came into the limelight back in 2018 for harassing the women during the #MeToo movement in the country. Has now been accused again on Wednesday, by an Indian model named Paula. Apart from her earlier in 2018, several female actresses including a journalist had accused the filmmaker of sexual harassment.
Penning down a note on Wednesday Paula wrote. “When #MeToo movement started, a lot of people spoke about Sajid Khan but I did not dare to speak because like every other actor who has no godfather and had to earn for a family I kept quiet. But now is the time I thought I should speak. Speaking further she said that when I went to him he spoke dirty things with me and also tried to touch me. Not only this he even told me to strip in front of him just to get a role in his upcoming movie Housefull. But since I was 17 I didn’t speak about it. However, pouring out her frustration she now said that these kinds of people should be behind the bars.
Let us tell you that Sahid Khan in spite of having so many allegations from different aged women. Clarified himself saying that all these allegations are absolutely baseless. Taking to the twitter account he wrote. ” In the wake of all the allegations against me and my family, I think I should take the moral responsibility of stepping down from my directorial post, till the time I prove myself.

Although the filmmaker called all the allegations against him baseless. But the past incidents that happened with the women, was something quite noteworthy. Earlier in 2011 Saloni Chopra also shared her experience when she was sexually harassed. And was left her in tears while giving an interview to him. In response to Saloni’s allegations, Rachel White also shared the same experience. She said that while making of Humshakals, the filmmaker called her to his home and stared at her breasts.
Supporting the statement of these women Dia Mirza, who had a cameo in Khan’s Heyy Babyy also confessed to India Today. Saying that she agrees with the fact that the filmmaker was “obnoxious, extremely sexist and ridiculous”. On the other hand actress Bipasha Basu too said that she is happy that many women are now coming out with their alleged Me Too Story against Sajid Khan.
