    Israel vs Hamas: Netanyahu claims no ceasefire unless hostages are freed

    Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected demands for a truce in Gaza until all of the captives taken by Hamas during its October 7 onslaught were freed as the conflict between Israel and the organization reached its thirty-first day. “We tell both our allies and our adversaries that there won’t be a cease-fire until our captives are freed…Reiterating the government’s stance, Netanyahu stated, “We will keep going until we defeat them.

    Concurrently, Iran has said that three “Israeli spies” had been apprehended in a cooperative effort with the Taliban regime in Afghanistan. The three “spies” were allegedly of Iranian nationality.

    The highlight of clash between Israel- Hamas

    1. Four persons were killed on Sunday in southern Lebanon in an Israeli hit on a vehicle near the Israeli border between the towns of Aianata and Aitaroun, according to the state-run National News Agency (NNA). The deceased were reportedly a journalist’s relative. They were following the journalist’s automobile in their own vehicles when the event happened.
    2. “Hamas systematically exploits hospitals as part of its war machine,” Israel’s chief military spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari mentioned in conversation to the media.
    3. The Israeli strike that claimed the lives of thirteen children is a “dangerous development,” according to Hezbollah politician Fadallah, and it will have “repercussions.”
    4. According to the White House, over 300 Americans have been evacuated from Gaza. The individuals who were evacuated included US citizens, lawful permanent residents, and their families, according to US Deputy National Security Advisor Jonathan Finer.
    5. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday addressed this issue stating, “Spoke today with Iranian Foreign Minister @Amirabdolahian. Discussed the grave situation in West Asia and the concern of the international community. Conveyed the importance of preventing escalation and providing humanitarian support. Agreed to stay in touch.”
    6. For the third time since the Israel-Hamas conflict began on October 7, telecom company Paltel stated that Israel has interrupted phone and internet service in the Gaza Strip on Sunday night, according to AFP.
    7. After suggesting that Israel should unleash a nuclear weapon on Gaza, an Israeli official was suspended from all cabinet meetings until further notice on Sunday. Amichay Eliyahu, the minister of heritage, stated that unleashing an atomic bomb on Gaza would be “one of the possibilities” in an interview with “Radio Kol Berama.”
