Social media sensation Viraj Ghelani, a content creator, recently made waves in the industry for his noteworthy appearance in the hit movie Jawan, which starred Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi. In the Shashank Khaitan-directed film Govinda Naam Mera, he costarred with Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani as Bhumi Pednekar’s boyfriend. Viraj announced his engagement on social media today.
Social media influencer-turned-actor Viraj Ghelani announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Palak Khimavat on December 14 via his Instagram account. In a joint post, the couple showed off their rings and shared photos from their engagement ceremony. They wrote, “Roomie for life,” along with a red heart and a ring emoji.
Wearing a white kurta-pyjama, Viraj looked dapper for the occasion. He wore it with two jackets that were printed with bright flowers. While Palak, Viraj’s fiancée, looked stunning in a white lehenga with intricate thread embroidery, glass beads, and tiny crystals all over it. With a matching top that had a deep V-neckline and tassel accents, Palak perfectly matched her lehenga. She added matching sheer dupatta, rings, earrings, an emerald and diamond necklace, and a stone-studded bracelet to complete her look. Her makeup was mostly natural, and her open hair finished the appearance.
Bhumi Pednekar said, “Congratulations”. Sunny Kaushal commented, “Congratulations buddy,” and included a hug emoji. Anshula Kapoor wrote, “Congratulations!”.

Professionally, Viraj is slated to make his debut in the Gujarati cinema business with Jhamkudi, costarring the state’s heroine Manasi Parekh. He posted this information on Instagram in November, writing,“Always always wanted to do something for my Gujarati Language and the cinema and now Stepping in as a lead actor… #Jhamkudi releasing soon. And more than me all of you wanted this so it’s a collective effort…. See you in theatres.”
