Based on her statements Jahnvi Kapoor wants to start her family life in Tirupati Tirumala with her husband and three children. The actress shared that she wishes to have daily meals on the banana leaves and wishes to hear “Govinda Govinda” everyday. She further said I’ll have mogras in my hair and will listen to Mani Ratnam’s music. I’d do tel champi on my husband wearing a lungi.
During their chat, Karan Johar rejected Janhvi’s perspective because he thought a man wearing a lungi and eating food on banana leaves wouldn’t be romantic. But Janhvi broke out laughing when she said, “It feels romantic that way.” Janhvi not only has an idea about how she wants to live after marriage but also has her wedding plans ready.
She told Peacock Magazine that she prefers an easy wedding plan with her bachelorette team set for a yacht voyage in Capri, Italy. Janhvi prefers her main wedding ceremony in Tirupati and her Mehendi and Sangeet to take place at her mother Sridevi’s ancestral residence in Mylapore, Chennai. When it comes to wedding decor she favors straightforward Indian wedding elements like fresh lotus flowers and tea lights.
