Jimin talks about feeling lost and depressed, reveals his strict diet plan

Jimin, a member of BTS, has admitted to “feeling lost and depressed” when his song Set Me Free Pt.2 was written. Jimin also discussed maintaining a specific weight range in a new video that BangtanTV uploaded to its YouTube account titled Set Me Free Pt.2 MV Shoot Sketch. The singer also revealed a list of foods he’s been itching to consume but hasn’t been able to.

As they recorded the music video for the song Set Me Free Pt.2, Jimin could be seen working with the background dancers. While the shot was being taken, Jimin discussed the choreography and gave the dancers compliments.

In the clip, Jimn averred, “Set Me Free Pt.2 was created when I was feeling lost and depressed. I was determined to overcome those feelings and this song conveys those emotions. I think I wanted to express that emotion in the choreography as well. So the choreography turned out to be very intense like this. But the people I’m working with are doing a great job. I am the only one I should be worried about.”

Mentioning his strict diet, Jimin said, “It’s not easy keeping my weight within the 50kg range, but I’m kind of getting used to it now. Every night, I write down what I want to eat before going to bed. Yesterday I wrote, Kalguksu, Daechang, and Ramyeon. I was craving something spicy. It’s been so long since I’ve had Tteokbokki too. Kalguksu with kimchi sounds really amazing.”

Recently while going live on Weverse, Jimin talked about the album. As posted by Twitter user @BTStranslation_, the singer quoted, “The album I’m preparing for seems to be coming out in around March. I’ve prepared different kinds of things so I hope you look forward to it. Yeah, this is what I wanted to say first since you have waited a long time.”
