Actress Kangana Ranaut refused to do a film with Sushant Singh Rajput back in 2016. However, the actress has now given the reason why she dropped the project.
Actress Kangana Ranaut has been into headlines ever since she raised her voice on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. She has often spoken about the Bollywood Mafia and the Star kids who are ruling the industry. In fact, she was the one, to raise the topic of nepotism in Bollywood. However, the debate got more fierce after the death of the actor. The Queen actress has spoken how the nepo kids often steal the projects from the outsiders who are struggling hard to prove themselves in the Industry. And how they ill-treat them.
Relating Sushant’s death with the ongoing conspiracy in Bollywood she said that the Kedarnath actor also became prey to this as he was losing all his projects. The Bollywood Mafia’s ruined up the career of Sushant Singh Rajput. However, she talked about one of her projects in which Kangana was offered a lead role alongside Sushant Singh Rajput and Irrfan Khan.
Let us tell you that the project was helmed by Homi Adajania. Kangana showed keen interest in doing the film however, later she backed out from the project. But the reason behind saying no to the film was date issues. As she was working on Rangoon starring Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. At that time she was also gearing up to resume her shoot for Hansal Mehta’s Simran. Since the dates were clashing she dropped out the plan to do another project with Sushant Singh Rajput.
Meanwhile, talking about Sushant and Irrfan, it is quite despairing to say that both the actors coincidently said goodbye to this world. Sushant was found dead on 14th June at his Bandra house while Irrfan died of colon infection on 29th April 2020.
