Kareena Kapoor Khan’s much-awaited movie Laal Singh Chaddha just released in the theaters recently and since then has been getting mixed reviews. This movie likewise features Aamir Khan, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya pivotal roles. Albeit the movie has not done that well at the box office but leaving all the disappointment behind her, Bebo is focusing on the string of projects she has in front of her. On the off chance that reports are to be believed then she is good to go to reunite with her Rhea Kapoor.
For the past few months, there have been reports that Rhea Kapoor has been working on the sequel of Veere Di Wedding. The movie featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsania and Sonam Kapoor was lived by all and fans have been sitting tight for the sequel eagerly. Hence when the news about Kareena and Rhea’s collaboration came out, fans felt that it is a sequel to this movie. But shooting down these rumours, Bebo affirmed that it isn’t Veere 2 but a fresh script with an intriguing storyline.
Adding further Kareena Kapoor Khan said that it will be a female-centric movie as Rhea Kapoor has roped in actors of the decade. Without uncovering the name, Kareena affirmed that there are 2 other stellar actors ready. She said, “Rhea will make the announcement soon. The film is not about stars; instead, it’s about [strong] women coming together.” The movie will reportedly be directed by Lootcase (2020) director Rajesh Krishnan.
