Kareena Kapoor Khan is the style diva and ace actress of the Bollywood. She always remains in the limelight and this time the buzz is that she will join 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The buzz started getting attention when Congress leaders in Madhya Pradesh put forward a demand that actress Kareena Kapoor Khan should be given a chance to contest Lok Sabha elections from Bhopal.
They took Kareena’s name because her father-in-law Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was a royal of Bhopal and according to the Congress leaders it will work in Kareena’s favour and she would draw the youth’s vote, thanks to her fan following! And while the experts are waiting for Kareena to join politics, the actress has different views about it!
Kareena is in no mood to join politics at least for now. The actress told Pinkvilla, “There is no truth to these reports. I have not been approached for this whatsoever. My focus is and only will be movies.” Currently, she wants to focus only on her film career.
The actress has some good films in her kitty including Good News starring Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh and Takht which will be a Karan Johar directorial. It is slated for next year and also stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor in pivotal roles.
