The encounter took place at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024 where Kareena and Shahid were present for the event. Along with other stars. In the video posted on Instagram by a paparazzi, Kareena walks past Shahid, saying hi to Director Raj completely ignoring her ex.

The video that has surfaced shows Shahid Kapoor wearing a dark blue outfit standing along with Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru on the red carpet. They worked together on the show Farzi. Posing towards the camera they were seen laughing. Then Kareena Kapoor, Shahid’s ex-girlfriend, in a shiny gold dress crossed him. But the actress can be seen greeting only to Raj. Shahid smiled at her but Kareena ignored him. After she leaves, Shahid keeps smiling at her team.
